This site is created, maintained and owned by the Internet Theatre Circuit Database organization.

By visiting www.ITCdb.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other limitations found on this website. You affirm that you are legally able to accept these Terms and Conditions, and that you are of legal age to do so.

Visitors to this site and researchers who use our database tables (including Theatres, Circuits, Other Organizations, and Sources) may use our information for personal, non-commercial use. You may search, find, and obtain information that you may then copy, download or print. Your extraction of information may be limited to protect our intellectual property rights.

If you send us any suggestions or corrections, you waive any rights you may have in the suggestions or corrections you propose, and we may use your information in any way we deem appropriate, or we may decline to use your information as you propose or use it in any other way. If you believe we have not correctly made use of your suggestion or correction, please notify us promptly. You cannot directly post anything on this website or into the database yourself.

If you send us any copyrighted information, photographs, or other media, please identify the source of such material and include copyright releases.

If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions and do not want to be bound by them, you no longer have permission to visit or use this site.

We do not collect any personal information.

We do not collect or store any types of information about your use of the ITCdb website or data. We do not use cookies or other unique identifiers. Our third-party servers may collect or obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device assesses ITCdb or other content service. However, the ITCdb does not use or access any of that information.

Since we do not collect any information from you when you visit our website, we do not use any information to personalize your use of our website. There is no advertising on our website, so there are no ads directed at you.

There are no memberships of ITCdb, you are not a member. There is no sign in, no password needed. You do not have an account with us. There is no information about you that we maintain. We have no information about you that you can request us to delete.

If you do a search, leave the site and return later, there is no way to look up or return to your previous search, unless you have kept your own notes.

We never ask you if want us to Save your information.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may work with our service providers to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our website and data, and the security of our visitors.

Our servers automatically collect your IP address when you visit our site, and it may be possible to connect that with your domain name or your internet service provider. While our servers may have access to that information, the ITCdb does not seek it out.

We reserve the right to block you from this site to the extent possible, in the event you have abused this site or information in any way.

We may try to determine common search terms, most frequently visited pages, and the like. But we do not know who the searchers or visitors are.

To the extent we have any personal information about you, we only keep it for as long as it is needed to comply with any law or order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or in order to protect our web site and data.

If you contact us, we obtain only that information you share with us, such as your name, email address and the content of your communication.

2. Terms and Conditions

We do not share or sell your personal information. We may release whatever information we have in order to comply with the law, enforce or apply our conditions of use, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ITCdb or others.

The ITCdb website does not sell any goods or services, charge membership fees, or conduct any other transaction that involves payment of money in any form. We do not collect credit card or debit card information; and we do not do business with PayPal or any other ecommerce platform. You cannot mail us a check.

We do not send newsletters or email blasts. There is nothing you can “UNSUBSCRIBE” from.

We do not request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Children have no ability to purchase goods or services from this site, as we do not sell any goods or services to anyone.

The www.ITCdb.org website and the database itself contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for those other sites, so their own terms and conditions apply to their sites, not the terms and conditions set forth herein. Other third-party websites may try to sell you goods or services or collect information about you. Those other websites are independent of us, and you visit and use those other websites at your own risk.

Your own website may include links to www.ITCdb.org, but only to the homepage of this site. You may not extract any information, images or other material from this site and present it as your own, unless you are the copyright owner of the specific material involved.

3. Use of the information and data found on ITCdb.org

You may extract information from this site that is limited to specific searches conducted by you.

You may not make any attempt to collect mass information that would compromise the ownership of the data in the ITC database.

You may not use any kind of automatic tool to extract information from this site.

You may not access any information or data from this site that is not openly visible to the public.

You may not attempt a “denial of service” of this site by submitting numerous bulk searches that would cause a breakdown of the system.

You may not attempt to “reverse engineer” the database.

You have no ability to post anything directly to this site. If you have any proposed changes, additions, deletions or any objections or suggestions concerning the data, your sole means of submitting such communication is through the Contact us form.

You should not propose any changes that infringe on any third party’s intellectual property.

4. Disclaimer

As stated numerous times on this website, most of the information on this site and contained in the ITC database is obtained from one source only. It is generally impossible for us to independently confirm the accuracy of anything.

We do try to ensure the accuracy of the information and data contained on the ITCdb.org website and in the ITCdb database. However, we give no warranty that any information is accurate. We reserve the right to add, delete, change or make any adjustments to the website and data at any time, without notice. The ITCdb was not created, and is not made available to the public for users to rely on any of the information or data contained herein.

Do not rely on the ITCdb to resolve bets.

Therefore, the ITCdb group will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damages, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any use of the information herein, even if such loss or damage arises out of any inaccuracies or errors or omissions in the data found here. ITCdb does not use cookies or other technologies to recognize your browser or device. We do not keep track of your use of the ITCdb website or data. We can take note of how many people visit a web page, but we don’t know who they were. We don’t keep track of your preferences. There are no personalized (or any other type of) ads on the website. We do not personalize any pages or information for you, no matter how many times you visit the site or conduct searches here.

To the extent that our servers place cookies or other technology on your computer or other device, you can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We try to identify the source of images we use; but since most the material in question is often 75, 100 or more years old, it is often impossible to determine the original creator of the image or information in question.

Many images may be found in more than one original, historic, or contemporary source.
