We Respect Your Privacy

We don’t ask you for any personal information.

The only way we get personal information is if you use our contact form and give it to us, hoping that we will respond. (Sometimes we do.)

Apparently our internet host provider places cookies on your web browser when you visit the site. We don’t know what to do with any information that might be obtained, let alone know how to retrieve it.

We use an “analytics” app that gives us information about how our site is used. We know what time of day is busiest, or the busiest day of the week. That sort of thing. Maybe even what country you log on from (it's pretty neat to see people from all over the world). Other, non-personally identifying information also shows up, at least sometimes, that might include your IP address. We have no idea what to do with that information either, so don’t worry about it.

All site design, text, images, content, data, and how its all arranged on this site are All Rights Reserved. (We are not quite sure what that means, but that’s the language a lot of other websites use.)

Any use of materials on this site other than viewing them on the site itself, or extracting information from the database (which is the whole point of this website), without the prior written consent of the ITCdb is strictly prohibited.

If you send us any information, especially information that corrects, supplements, or whatever to the data in the database or other information on this site, you hereby authorize us to use it however we want, without attribution to you. (Although sometimes we might give a public recognition to substantial contributions; but that’s up to us.) While we claim copyright on the database in particular, and this website as a whole, we do not claim copyright on any information or images we’re probably not supposed to use anyway.

As we have stated numerous times all over this site, some of the data is suspect. The vast majority of information is derived from only one source, whichever it may have been. While we feel secure that we have quoted it correctly (typos excepted), we can’t usually vouch for the source itself. Consequently, “let the buyer beware.” Consider the information contained here to be the beginning of your research, not the end, and certainly not the one and only source of information.

As you might expect, no one connected with the Internet Theatre Circuit database will be liable for anything we screwed up, or anything you did with the information found here.
